(USHECA) Student & Financial Aid

If you require financial support, the management committee of the US Higher Education Commission on Accreditation may grant you a loan at their discretion. International students are offered interest-free repayment options, making higher education more accessible and manageable.

Student loans are available from both federal government programs and private sources such as banks or financial institutions. Federal student loans often provide more advantages compared to commercial loans, including lower interest rates, flexible repayment terms, and eligibility for loan forgiveness under certain conditions.

Types of Student Loans Offered by (USHECA)

Loans are provided to eligible undergraduate and graduate students demonstrating financial need to support higher education expenses.

Loans are offered to qualifying undergraduate, graduate, and professional students. Eligibility for special loans is not based on financial need and may vary depending on the student’s country, program, or profile.

Loan amounts differ based on student type: undergraduate, graduate, professional, or, in some cases, parents of students. The management committee may also authorize additional limits for special cases involving international students.

Financial Aid & Loan Limits

  • Undergraduate Students: Eligible to borrow between $4,500 and $9,500 per year through General Loans and Special Loans, depending on committee approval.
  • Graduate & Professional Students: Eligible to borrow up to $8,500 per year in General Loans.
  • Direct Loans: May also be utilized as determined by your university and are separate from other financial aid programs.
  • Loan amounts vary depending on whether you are an undergraduate student, graduate or professional student, or, in some cases, a parent. The management committee may also approve additional limits for special circumstances, particularly for international students.
